Kaffe Fassett Hexies — COVID quilt #3
Covid quilt finish #3 -lap size. Kaffe Fassett lipstick layer cake combined with solids. Used Missouri Star Quilt Company large hexie ruler – very easy construction. Quilted on my new Janome 6650 – just straight lines echoing the hexagonal shape of each block.

More orange peel blocks
I’ve been making a few of these blocks every time I sew, and it’s so much fun! I try to keep all the peels connected through colour and mix up the background prints. I think I’ll try one block with pale peels against black prints!
