I dream of a stack of blue and white quilts 🙂 In pursuance of this I decided to make up this simple free pattern from Edyta Sitar, available at her website, Laundry Basket Quilts.
i had bought a layer cake of her new fabric line, Perfect Union. Combined with some low volume fabrics I already had, and a few more blues in my stash, I made the HST needed and finished this quilt very quickly.
I quilted it myself on my new machine in long wavy lines and it was super easy! It’s a good sized lap quilt — about 70″ x 70″.
