I’m sending this to Studio Art Quilt Associates for their Spotlight auction at the 2021 virtual conference next month. It was a fun project to do and the tiniest thing I’ve ever quilted.
Chiisai I, 2021 6″ x 8″
This tiny abstract landscape is made of Japanese textiles. It is hand stitched with sashiko thread and embroidery floss in a style inspired by boro mending techniques and raw edge appliqué.
